What types of shipping do you offer?

We offer fed ex shippment for gourmet desserts, and gourmet cakes. Cheese cakes are only shipped by Fedex.  Candy will be shipped by UPS.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We limit our shipments only within the United States.  Due to international gift taxes, customs delays and refused and returned packages.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Master, Visa, credit cards and discover.

HOW DO I RETURN DAMAGED GOODS?

An Address Label for your returns will be in the corner of the package you receive in the event you would ever need to return goods.

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges are determined by the shipper.

How is the Cheese Cakes Shipped?

The cheese cakes are shipped in fully encased styrofoam/with foil coating inside and out, keeps the cold inside where it is supposed to be. Our cheese cakes are shipped FedEX Standard Overnight. 

How are Gourmet Cakes, AND Desserts, shipped?

These all are shipped by Fed Ex Standard Overnite.

When can you expect a delivery?

FedEx Standard Overnite packages will arrive by 4:30 PM on the delivery date.

How are the Gourmet Cakes,  and Gourmet Desserts, shipped?

Shipped by Fed Ex.
